What your Civic Association is doing for you:
- Maintains two boat ramps - free for members
- Maintains liaison with county officials and utility companies
- Provides a neighborhood watch to help prevent crime
- Provides a paper-recycling bin
- Established a program to discourage soliciting
- Established the Gulf Watch program to help prevent problems in our canals
- Counsels the community about deed restrictions and acts to obtain compliance
- Publishes and distributes a monthly newsletter and biannual directory
- Provides a local community website
- Maintains the civic building and common grounds
- Maintains rental hall with discount rental to members
- Provides safety and health programs and hosts informative speakers
- Sponsors weekly bingo, monthly pancake breakfast, dinner dances and holiday boat parades
- Hosts various club meetings and gatherings throughout the month
- Provides an opportunity for friends and neighbors to share views, ideas, socialize and serve their community
Gulf Harbors needs everyone in the community to join the Civic Association and become an active member.

- Please stop by the GHCA Office at 4610 Floramar Terrace between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm, Monday through Friday,

As a reminder: dues are $50.00 PER ADULT in the household. That means that everyone 18 years of age or older in the household should have their own membership card.

Spot a problem in OUR CANALS?
If you see a violation of the Pasco County Code Enforcement Section 14-39 please do the following:
For complaints regarding Code violations in or around canals or dangerous floating debris (runaway vessels, docks, lumber, etc.) or fuel/oil spills call the Pasco County Marine Patrol or Agricultural/Environmental Unit - 847-5878.For Code violations regarding dock construction/repair, riprap and dock floats, call the Pasco County Code Enforcement - 847-8171.

Boat Ramps
The two boat ramps in Gulf Harbors are owned by the Gulf Harbors Civic Association and maintained for the benefit of our membership.
The north Channel ramp, off Bowline Bend, has a steep incline and is suitable for all size boats. The South Channel ramp near the intersection of Floramar Terrace and Topsail Trail can be used at all times but it is better suited for use at mid or low tides.
To schedule a ramp opening, contact one of the following official key holders. They are volunteers. Please give them a minimum of 1 HOUR notice. The official key holders are listed below.

1. Use is restricted to daylight hours only.
2. A current membership card must be presented to gain access along with boat registration in the cardholder's name and current driver's license. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
3. Non-members will be charged $80 (in advance) for each opening of the ramp.
4. Do not use your engines to load or unload boats.
5. Bring your own helpers. It is not the responsibility of the key holders to assist you in launching or retrieving your boat.
6. NEW- IF YOU INTEND TO USE THE BOAT RAMP FREQUENTLY, YOU MAY LEASE A KEY FROM THE OFFICE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE. MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Hall Rental
The Civic Center, with full kitchen, stage, etc., is available for rental. Its kitchen has been praised by caterers. Serving western Pasco County.

Bingo
Bingo is open to the public every Wednesday evening. Doors open at 4 pm. Games start at 5:45 pm. Food is available every week, with different "Specials" frequently available.
