The Gulf Harbors Civic Association Civic Center,  less than 1 mile in from Route 19 on Floramar Terrace in the New Port Richey area of western Pasco County, is an ideal place to hold that seminar or off-site meeting when privacy, space, and very reasonable rates are important considerations.  

The Civic Center has a number of features that are specifically designed for large groups and meetings.  These features include:

»  a main room that can accommodate up to 200 people,
»  a stage with microphone to accommodate guest speakers, 
»  a side annex room for a smaller meeting or breakaway session,
»  a full prep kitchen and serving area for catered meals or refreshments,
»  a wet bar for receptions and evening meetings,
»  room arrangements in long or round tables, theater setting, head table, etc.,
»  your choice of caterer or ours,
»  waterside location that adds a sense of privacy and serenity.

The Civic Center can be easily reached from State Roads 52 or 54, Highway 19, or the Suncoast Parkway.

Rates for the use of the Civic Center are surprisingly economical even for the most cost-conscious organization.  In addition, if someone in your organization is a member of the Gulf Harbors Civic Association, the rates are even lower.
